Research about brewing can be the most fun thing of all. I mean, to do the research you have to go checkout some "brewing" location, a brewing function, a brew recipe, brew pub, or other Brewing related subject. I can't think of a more interesting-satisfying hobby. So, when you are not at Gallaghers Brew House - then you must be doing some Brew Research of some kind. So, Please come tell us about it.
